Today was an amazing day!! Life is full of goodness...I spent time with my elders today...I have always loved being in the presence of my elders...As a child my mother would take my sister and I with her as she would visit our older relatives...They were into Yoga, telepathy, herbs, healing and traditional native and spiritual practices...I remember how calm and peaceful they were...
So as an adult I love being with my elders; listening to their stories and words of wisdom...It's blessings upon blessings you receive...Appreciate the elders around you and allow your heart to stay open to the high frequency of pure spirit...
